In Short, BevHed is a premium craft beverage foam in a ready-to-serve vessel.  Explained in further detail, BevHed is an innovative craft foam texture, ready-to-serve on top a beverage.

Who is BevHed made for?

Everyone!  BevHed is non-alcoholic, non-dairy, and allergen-free.  Made for cocktails, mocktails and beer. BevHed is formulated for home cocktail enthusiasts, Bars, Restaurants, and Events.

What makes BevHed “craft”?

The term “craft” is frequently used industry term.  Something that craft-worthiness is ultimately each individual’s interpretation.  For BevHed, craft is an experience.  A time when we take a step back, take our time, engage our senses and connect to what they are telling us.

What are BevHed’s main product features?

Multiple flavors, craft flavor profiles, shelf-stable, dairy-free and allergen free. All delivered in a vessel that is ergonomic, ease-of use, and uniquely identifiable. BevHed is formulated to give the end user a unique sensory experience.

What primary benefits does BevHed provide?

BevHed’s foam changes the sensory experience of how our favorite drinks look, smell, feel and taste in our mouth. BevHed’s ready-to-serve vessel creates access to the consumer at home, bars and restaurants.  Access, convenience and ease-of use, solves a range of cost and time constraints that are normally incurred by consumer at home, and in bars and restaurants.

In the food and beverage industry, BevHed is referred to as a premium consumer packaged good, often considered and referred to as a ‘topper’.  The industry may also consider it as a type of garnishment, something that is added to enhance the beverage.  Being the first ready-to-serve foam topper on the market for home and commercial use, BevHed can be considered as being in a category of its own.

What do you mean by BevHed being a topper?

In the beverage world, there are two primary techniques used to create a foam texture for beverages, called toppers and mixers:

  • Topper – a premade foam recipe that is added on top of the beverage.  Being a standalone recipe, toppers can be made with multiple flavor combinations, different colors, and they can have their own aroma profile.
  • Mixer – foaming ingredients that are added into the beverage recipe, then shaken vigorously to create a foam that rises to the top of the beverage.  The most common foam mixer is egg whites.

What is beverage texture?

A solid-state medium (texture) that changes our perception of taste.  Also known as “full-mouth” feel and “sensory experience”.

A foam’s texture carries a trigeminal sensation, a ‘taste’ effect that is perceived physically.  For example, a foam’s light and fluffy texture can be perceived as “softening” the taste of a strong beverage.  Another important phenomenon of the trigeminal sensation, a full-mouth “hot” physically.

BevHed’s physical sensation is an experience in our mouths, that is a consistent, smooth and silky texture.
